000 ABPZ20 KNHC 282348 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 500 PM PDT WED SEP 28 2016 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Roslyn, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Storm Ulika, located well east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands. Showers and thunderstorms are showing some signs of organization in association with a trough of low pressure located about a couple of hundred miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. Upper-level winds are expected to be marginally conducive for some development of this system during the next several days while this disturbance moves away from the coast of Mexico.
