For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Frank, located a few hundred miles west-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Hurricane
Georgette, located about 1200 miles west-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula.

An area of low pressure could form in a few days about 1000 miles
south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California
peninsula.  Some development of this system is possible by late this
week or this weekend while it moves west-northwestward at about 10
mph.
