For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Darby, located about 900 miles west-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on recently upgraded
Tropical Storm Estelle, located a few hundred miles southwest of
Manzanillo, Mexico.

An area of low pressure is expected to form well southwest of
the coast of Mexico early next week.  Environmental conditions are
forecast to be conducive for gradual development of this system
while it moves slowly west-northwestward.
