000 ABPZ20 KNHC 102331 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 500 PM PDT SUN JUL 10 2016 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Celia, located about 1,000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Numerous showers and thunderstorms are associated with a broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico. This shower and thunderstorm activity has become more organized over the last day.
