For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Blas, located more than 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Depression
Four-E, located several hundred miles south of the southern tip of
the Baja California peninsula.

An area of low pressure is expected to form by early next week
several hundred miles southwest of the coast of Mexico.  Some
subsequent development of this system is possible while it moves
westward to west-northwestward.
