For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Showers and thunderstorms remain disorganized in association with a
low pressure area located about 950 miles south-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. However,
environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for
development, and a tropical depression is likely to form during the
next couple of days as the disturbance moves west-northwestward at
about 10 mph.
