000 ABPZ20 KNHC 211129 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 400 AM PST SAT NOV 21 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Rick, located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. A low pressure area centered a couple hundred miles south of the coasts of Guatemala and El Salvador is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the far eastern north Pacific Ocean and portions of Central America.
