For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on
Hurricane Olaf, located several hundred miles east-northeast of
Hilo, Hawaii.  Olaf is expected to cross 140 degrees West longitude
on Monday, at which time advisories on this system will be issued by
the National Hurricane Center.

An elongated area of low pressure located about 1275 miles
southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
continues to produce disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms.
Development, if any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur
while the low moves little during the next few days.
