For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A low pressure area located about 625 miles southwest of
Manzanillo, Mexico continues to produce limited shower and
thunderstorm activity.  Environmental conditions are expected to
become more conducive for the development of a tropical depression
by the weekend while the low moves westward at 10 to 15 mph.
