000 ABPZ20 KNHC 080501 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 PM PDT WED OCT 7 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, is issuing advisories on Hurricane Oho, located about a thousand miles northeast of the Hawaiian Islands. Oho is expected to move into the eastern North Pacific basin, possibly as a tropical cyclone, on Thursday. Shower and thunderstorm activity has not become much better organized in association with a tropical wave located about 1250 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
