For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Showers and thunderstorms have changed little in organization near a
weak and elongated low pressure area located several hundred miles
south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.  Any
development of this system should be slow to occur during the next
several days while it moves slowly west-northwestward.
