For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A weak area of low pressure located about 600 miles south of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing minimal
shower activity. Development, if any, of this system should be slow
to occur during the next few days while it moves generally
northwestward at 5 to 10 mph.
