For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Cloudiness and a few thunderstorms associated with a broad area of
low pressure located several hundred miles south of the Gulf of
Tehuantepec are disorganized.  Development of this system, if any,
is expected to be slow to occur while it moves west-northwestward at
around 10 mph.
