For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on post-
tropical cyclone Kevin, located a few hundred miles west of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Showers and thunderstorms associated with a low pressure area
located about 525 miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico,
continue to show signs of organization.  Although the low's
circulation is still somewhat broad, environmental conditions are
expected to be conducive for a tropical depression to form during
the next day or so.  The low is forecast to move northwestward at 5
to 10 mph, well offshore of the coast of Mexico.
