For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Kevin, located a few hundred miles southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Disoganized showers and thunderstorms located several hundred miles
south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, are associated with a broad
area of low pressure.  Slow development of this system is possible
during the next several days as the low moves northwestward and
gradually merges with another disturbance to its west.
