For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Ignacio, located well east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands.

Showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure
located about 650 miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico are
showing signs of organization.  Environmental conditions are
conducive for additional development of this system, and a tropical
depression is likely to form within the next couple of days while
the low moves west-northwestward near 15 mph.
