For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Felicia, located several hundred miles west-southwest of
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

An area of low pressure could form well to the west-southwest of
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula by early next
week.  Some slow development of this system is possible thereafter
while it moves westward to west-northwestward.
