For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A broad area of disturbed weather has formed about 1500 miles
east-southeast of the Big Island of Hawaii.  Some slow development
of this system is possible during the next couple of days before
upper-level winds become unfavorable for tropical cyclone
formation. This system is expected to move west-northwestward into
the Central Pacific Hurricane Center's area of responsibility in a
day or two.
