Environmental conditions appear conducive for additional development of this system during the next three to four days while it moves west-northwestward. * Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...50 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...high...80 percent Shower activity associated with a broad area of low pressure located about 2000 miles southwest of the southern tip of Baja California has also become better organized this morning.
