000 ABPZ20 KNHC 190534 TWOEP TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 PM PDT MON AUG 18 2014 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Karina, located more than a thousand miles east of the Big Island of Hawaii, and on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Lowell, located about 700 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms located over the far eastern Pacific are associated with a tropical wave moving off the coast of Central America.
