For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Subtropical
Storm Debby, located a little more than 1000 miles west-northwest of
the Azores.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT4.  Forecast/Advisories on Debby are
