For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Matthew, located over the Bahamas, and on recently upgraded
Hurricane Nicole, located several hundred miles south of Bermuda.

Showers and thunderstorms near the Lesser Antilles are associated
with a tropical wave.  Although development of this system is not
expected, locally heavy rains and gusty winds are possible in the
Windward and southern Leeward Islands during the next day or so as
this disturbance moves through the area.
