000 ABNT20 KNHC 040526 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT SUN SEP 4 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical Cyclone Hermine, located off of the mid-Atlantic coast of the United States. A tropical wave, accompanied by a broad area of low pressure, is located about 250 miles east the Lesser Antilles. This system continues to produce a large area of cloudiness and showers, and is likely producing winds to near tropical storm force. Upper-level winds are forecast to become less conducive for any significant development of this disturbance while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph through the Caribbean Sea this week.
