For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Disorganized cloudiness and showers located a few hundred miles
east of the Bahamas are associated with a mid-level trough.
There are no signs of a surface circulation, and development, if
any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur while it moves
generally northward off of the coast of the southeastern United
States.
