For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

A broad area of low pressure could form in association with a
tropical wave crossing the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico late this
week. Environmental conditions appear conducive for some
slow development of this system if the low emerges over the waters
of the Bay of Campeche or southwestern Gulf of Mexico later on
Sunday or Monday.
