For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories advisories on
newly-developed Tropical Depression Four, located over the Turks
and Caicos islands.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next five
days.
