Gulf of Tehuantepec Gale Warning: Strong gales continue across the Tehuantepec region, where seas are as high as 19 ft. Winds begin to slowly diminish through Tue evening. The resultant plume of NE swell will propagate westward reaching as far W as 120W late today. A new cold front will move into the Gulf of Mexico, with the associated high pressure behind to once again bring strong gales across Tehuantepec Tue night through Thu night. Gulf of Papagayo Gale Warning: Gale force NE winds extends SW from the Gulf of Papagayo to near 10N86.5W. Winds will diminish below gale force today, with nocturnal strong pulses expected each night the remainder of the week. ...INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE/MONSOON TROUGH... A surface trough from 09N78W TO 08N84W TO 05N101W. The ITCZ extends from 05N101W to 08N120W to 08N140W. W of the Baja California Peninsula: Large NW swell, with periods in the 18 to 22 second range, will build seas to near 13 ft expected W of Baja by tonight, and persisting through early Wed. The large swell will generate very high and powerful surf along the coasts and outer reefs of Baja and mainland Mexico through Wed. Gulf of California: Light to moderate NW flow is forecast across across the entire gulf waters through Fri. OFFSHORE WATERS WITHIN 250 NM OF CENTRAL AMERICA, COLOMBIA, AND WITHIN 750 NM OF ECUADOR...
