THIS UPPER ENERGY IS TAPPING MOISTURE...MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF BROKEN TO OVERCAST MID-HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS...FROM THE ITCZ AND DRAWING IT N AND NE WITHIN 360 NM E OF THE JET AXIS.
