Nineteen-E was located near latitude 11.6 North, longitude 139.6
West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 5 mph (7
km/h). A turn toward the north is expected today, followed by a
turn toward the north-northeast on Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Gradual strengthening is likely during the next couple of days.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
