Celia is moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h). A turn toward the west is expected in the next day or two. Maximum sustained winds remain near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast, and Celia should degenerate into a remnant low during the next couple of days. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 140 miles (220 km) from the center.
