Celia is moving toward the west near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue through tonight. A turn toward the west-northwest is forecast to begin on Tuesday. Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 100 mph (155 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strengthen is expected through tonight. Slow weakening is forecast to begin on Tuesday.
