DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Celia was located near latitude 22.6 North, longitude 121.4 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h). Celia is forecast to continue west-northwestward with gradually decreasing forward speed for the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is expected during the next day or two. Celia is expected to dissipate by late Thursday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
