DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Bill was located near latitude 43.5 North, longitude 57.0 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 29 mph (46 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue through Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is expected, and the post-tropical low is expected to dissipate on Wednesday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km) mainly to the southeast of the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
