22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

prevail across the Tropical Atlc and east half of Caribbean
through Fri, before another broad low pressure center develops

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Michael near 25.1N 86.2W 968 mb at 11 AM 
EDT moving N at 10 kt across the southeast Gulf of Mexico. Maximum
sustained winds 80 kt gusts 100 kt. Michael will move inland and 
weaken to a tropical storm along the Floridan Panhandle early Wed
evening, and veer NE and move inland and parallel to the SE U.S. 
coast Thu and Fri. Otherwise, a trough will continue to move NW 
across the Bahamas today, and inland across NE Florida early
tonight. Fresh to strong SE winds and high seas will accompany the
trough through this evening then slowly improve across NW portions
through Wed.
