Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell propagating south through the
northeastern Caribbean passages, and through the tropical waters
east of the Lesser Antilles, will gradually subside through the
remainder of this week. Fresh trades are observed across the
eastern Caribbean with fresh to locally strong trades across the
south-central Caribbean waters. The pressure gradient will tighten
over the next few days with strong trades forecast across the
south-central Caribbean through the upcoming weekend. Gale
conditions are possible along the northwest coast of Colombia on
Sat night.

.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell will continue across the entire
open waters through mid-week. Strong southerly winds will develop
north of the Bahamas this evening ahead of a cold front moving 
off Northeast Florida late tonight, with near gale force to 
minimal gale conditions developing north of 28N east of the front 
on Wed. The front will reach from Bermuda to the Central Cuba on 
Thu morning, and reach from 27N65W to Hispaniola on Fri morning. A
second cold front will move east across the waters north of the 
Bahamas on Thu, and merge with the first cold front across the 
tropical waters north of Puerto Rico late Fri. Strong to near gale
force southerly winds will develop north of the Bahamas on Sun 
ahead of another cold front on Sun night.
