Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from Windward Passage to 16N79.5W
to W Panama near 09N79.5W will weaken slowly and drift W to the S
of 16N during the next few days. Strong high pres building SE 
toward the U.S. Atlc coast will support gales between Jamaica and
lee of Cuba tonight through Sun morning, and through the 
Windward Passage and just NW of front W of 70W Sun. Merging NW
and E swell will maintain high seas across tropical N Atlc E of
65W and Caribbean passages through Tue. The high will shift east
early next week, with gradually improving conditions across the 
area.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong NE winds N of a stationary front from 25N65W 
to Windward Passage will expand in coverage through tonight as 
strong high pres builds SE toward the eastern U.S. coast. Gale 
force winds are expected NW of front to the S of the Turks and 
Caicos and in the approach to the Windward Passage Sun through 
Sun evening. Conditions across the region will improve Mon night
through Tue as the high shifts E and weakens. Large NW swell will
