Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from central Cuba to NE Nicaragua will 
drift SE and become ill defined from the SW Caribbean to Windward
Passage through late Fri. Broad low pressure near 13N79W will
remain stationary and gradually weaken to a trough through Fri. 
Reinforcing cold air behind front will support strong N winds 
spilling S into the SW Caribbean tonight through Sat. Large seas 
will build across the waters east of Nicaragua southward to the 
northern coast of Panama. Large NW swell will invade Atlc waters 
and Caribbean passages late Fri through the weekend.

.SYNOPSIS...Complex low pres near 32N76W 994 mb is deepening 
rapidly and will move quickly NNE tonight...producing a large

This low will exit the region to the NNE Thu and continue to 
rapidly deepen while generating large NW swell. Trailing cold 
front extends SSW across the central Bahamas to central Cuba and
will shift SE and reach from Bermuda to Windward Passage midday
