Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A slow-moving and weakening cold front extends from
just N of Tampa Bay to just N of Veracruz, Mexico. This front
should stall along 27N tonight, then drift N and gradually
dissipate into the weekend. Fresh to strong NE to E winds are
expected N of the front into tonight. Over the weekend, high
pressure centered in the western Atlantic will build weakly into
the basin.
