Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harold is near 25.8N 95.1W at 4 AM
CDT, and is moving WNW at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 40 
kt with gusts to 50 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 1004 
mb. Tropical Storm Harold is forecast to strengthen a bit more 
before moving inland into south Texas later today. Expect 
numerous showers and thunderstorms with strong gusty winds with 
this system. Conditions will gradually improve in the wake of 
Tropical Storm Herald as high pressure builds in over the area.
