Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Arlene is near 23.7N 84.7W
1001 mb at 5 PM EDT, moving SSE at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 25 kt with gusts 35 kt. Arlene will become a remnant low and
move to 23.6N 83.2W by Sun morning, and dissipate Sun afternoon.
Fresh winds may pulse off the western coast of the Yucatan
Peninsula Sun night and Mon night. Elsewhere over the Gulf,
gentle to moderate winds are expected through middle of the
week.
