Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A gale force 1009 mb low pres is near 27N89.5W, with
a warm front extending ESE to the southern tip of the Florida
peninsula. Strong to gale force winds are present in the NE
semicircle of the low. These winds will continue over the NE and
north-central Gulf through tonight as the low moves N. The low
will move inland over the U.S. north-central Gulf Coast on Thu.
Once the low moves inland, marine conditions will improve Thu
evening. A cold front is forecast to enter the western Gulf Sat
night, which will cause winds and seas to increase Sun into Mon.
