Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1017 mb is located along a cold 
front, just offshore the Florida Big Bend. This front continues 
SW to the Bay of Campeche. Strong N winds follow this front. 
Ongoing gales offshore Veracruz, Mexico will prevail into this 
afternoon. Tonight, the low will move NE out of the Gulf while 
strengthening, and gales are forecast to develop in the NE Gulf 
in its wake. Rough seas of 12 to 15 ft will be present in and 
near these areas of gale force winds. Winds and seas should 
gradually diminish from west to east beginning Sun evening.
