Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Four is in the Bay of
Campeche near 20.7N 94.5W 1009 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NW at
12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 35 kt. Four will move
to Tampico offshore waters near 22.0N 95.6W Sat morning, 23.8N
96.8W Sat afternoon, inland NE Mexico near 25.6N 98.1W Sun
morning, inland to 27.1N 99.6W Sun afternoon, and dissipate Mon
morning. Heavy rains and tstms are expected over the SW and far
NW Gulf over the weekend.
