Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Alex located near 29.1N 76.3W 995 mb
at 5 AM EDT moving NE at 19 kt and away from the east coast of
Florida. Weak high pressure will prevail across the Gulf basin
today then will recenter across the eastern Gulf Sun night
through Tue, allowing moderate to fresh return flow to set up
across the western Gulf. High pressure will weaken Wed through
Thu.
