Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the Big Bend area of
Florida to near Veracruz, Mexico. Strong to near gale N winds
prevail west of the front. Gale-force NW winds have developed
offshore Veracruz this morning and should continue through this
evening. The cold front will continue to move southeast and exit
the Gulf of Mexico Fri morning. High pressure will build in the
wake of the front through the weekend. Strong E to SE return
flow should set up in the W Gulf late Sat through Mon.
