Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong northerly winds and seas to 14 ft
continue in the Bay of Campeche. Moderate NE winds prevail
across the rest of the Gulf with subsiding seas. Light to gentle
variable winds are expected Tue and Wed. The next cold front is
forecast to move off the Texas coast on Thu, bringing fresh to
strong northerly winds behind it across the northern Gulf. The
front will extend from the Florida Big Bend to the southern tip
of Texas Fri morning. The front will then stall before
dissipating Fri night. Fresh southerly winds will prevail across
most of the Gulf ahead of another cold front.
