Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the Texas coast this
evening, then reach a Fort Myers, Florida, to Veracruz, Mexico,
line by late Fri. Fresh to strong winds are expected behind the
front over the western Gulf tonight through Fri, with near gale-
force N winds possible nearshore from Brownsville, Texas, to
Tampico, Mexico, late tonight and Fri morning. A low pressure
will likely develop in the W Gulf as the front stalls in this 
region over the weekend, and may bring fresh to locally strong 
winds over portions of the western and central Gulf Sun into Mon.
