Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Fred is centered near 22.3N 
78.4W at 13/1500 UTC or 60 nm NNW of Camaguey Cuba moving WNW at 
10 kt. Estimated minimum central pressure is 1013 mb. Maximum 
sustained wind speed is 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Expect 
hazardous marine conditions over most of the eastern Gulf Sat 
through Mon. Otherwise, gentle to moderate winds and slight seas
