more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure ridging will remain over the
central Gulf of Mexico through early next week supporting mainly
gentle to moderate anticyclonic winds across the basin. A trough
of low pressure is expected to form early next week over the SW
Gulf. Subsequent slow development of this system is possible as
it drifts northwestward to northward.

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SAT...S winds less than 10 kt in the morning, becoming variable
winds less than 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft.
.SAT NIGHT...Variable winds less than 10 kt, becoming SW less
than 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NW winds less than 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
