Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving off the Texas coast Wed evening 
will rapidly shift across the Gulf waters and move SE of the area
by Thu night. High pressure will build in the wake of the front.
Fresh to strong winds and building seas are expected behind the 
front, with gale-force winds developing near Tampico, Mexico Thu 
and spreading south to near Veracruz, Mexico Thu night. Winds 
will diminish across the region Fri and Sat.
